First divide the players into groups of at least three but a team of more is not a problem as well. The players in each group stand one after the other and will gradually start.
The distance of the playing space where the papers with names of some countries are from the starting place is arbitrary. The names of the countries on the papers should lie facing up the ceiling. They can be distributed there randomly or can be devided by their approximate position on the globe.
The players of all teams start in waves of one person from each team. The game leader then says some names of the states in the playing area. The number of the countries outspoken should be equal to the number of teams playing.
After the names of the countries were said a round starts and the players can run to the papers. The one who finds the card with one of the countries said can pick it and bring to their team. If there are some papers not found yet the player can still return to the playing area and try to find it.
If wanted, the start is possible to be modified so all the players get a chance to quickly walk throught the cards and try to remember where the cards are.
The game ends when all the cards are out of the playing area and the winner is the team with most of the cards.
